Now that you’ve identified your material topics and documented key policies, it’s time to define how your organisation will act on them. This step focuses on turning commitments into implementation by:

  • Setting Objectives — what you aim to achieve

  • Defining Actions — how you will reach those goals

  • Breaking Actions into Tasks — clear, manageable steps

This structured approach will help you deliver measurable results and prepare for setting formal targets in Step 4.

 

How Objectives and Actions Work in Klappir‑Strategy

The Actions module helps you create and track sustainability efforts in a logical, connected way.

    • Demonstrates how material issues are actively managed

    • Shows alignment with ESRS (e.g. GOV‑3 on performance management)

    • Improves scores for implementation and responsiveness in ESG assessments (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP, Sustainalytics)
