Our Sustainability Platform is a cloud-based online solution and requires no special installation. You should have received an email invitation to the Platform which allows you to choose your password. In the future you can login by writing platform.klappir.io in your browser window.
When you log in you will see the Home screen which shows you a quick status overview of some key pending tasks in the Platform. This will be handy later when you have started working with your data.

The left navigation menu is divided into two sections; functional tools and analytical and reporting tools.
- The functional tools are tools you will use to set up and maintain your account. The main features in this section are your Organization, Value chain, Due diligence, Import and Data.
- The analytical tools are the tools you will use to analyze the data related to your activity (data on the use of fuels, energy, products and services consumed resulting in greenhouse gas emissions), and the CO2e emissions data (carbon footprint) related to your operations which are divided into Scope 1, 2 and 3.
- You can use the Dashboard for a quick overview or navigate to Insights for a detailed breakdown of your data.
- The KPIs tool helps you understand how your assets' activity data relates to your operating parameters. For example, you can track a hotel's activity data to see emissions per overnight stay.
- The Reports tool allow you to generate statements based on the data in the system at any given time.
