Askur is available 24/7, in any language, to help you navigate the Klappir Platform, answer questions, and guide you through features as you work. It is continuously trained by our team while using our Knowledge Base as its brain power, it provides reliable, up-to-date guidance – right when you need it.


The New Messenger

The Messenger is now your central support hub. From the bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen, you can:

  • Ask questions and get instant guidance from Askur

  • Report bugs or request new features

  • Review past conversations with Askur or the Klappir team

And whenever you need a human touch, our Customer Success team is always just a message away.
