Setting up a private data connection
Setting up private connections is discussed during your strategic meeting with the Customer Success team to best support you in choosing private connections strategically to support your needs.
Meeting preparation checklist:
Identify your source system technical specifications, i.e. a BC ERP system, data warehouse etc.
Think about whether you will integrate using internal IT capabilities or third-party support
What data type do you want streaming into your system? District heating, fuel data, electricity data etc.
How often?
Once the scope of the private connection is defined, Customer Success hands over to the Integration Team that will guide you throughout the connection set-up, its integration, implementation and maintenance.
Ongoing support service
Once the data connection is up and running, the Klappir continues to provide technical support to maintain data quality and reliability:
Regular monitoring of data streams and delivery status, reporting back to customer unknown products in the data.
Repairing broken connections and handling missing or malformed data
The service does not include ongoing data enrichment or mapping service.
Additional database connections are subject to additional fees
