How Objectives, Actions, and Targets work together
In Klappir-Strategy, your Objectives, Actions, and Targets are closely connected β but they are managed in different modules and serve different purposes.
Objectives and Actions β Managed in the Action Module
Objectives describe what you want to achieve for a specific sustainability priority (e.g. improving workforce well-being, reducing emissions).
Actions are what you will do to reach that objective. These are concrete steps, projects, or initiatives.
Each Action can be broken into Tasks and assigned to responsible team members.
You can track progress and status directly in the Action Module.
π Example:
Objective: Improve workforce well-being
βAction: Introduce flexible working hours
βExpected Outcome: Increased job satisfaction and reduced stress
βTasks: Define quiet hours policy, communicate to staff, monitor uptake
Targets β Managed in the Target Module
Targets define what success looks like, typically using measurable indicators (e.g. reduce COβ by 30% by 2030).
Targets can be linked to Actions to show how specific actions contribute to achieving them.
You can also track progress against each target in the Target Module, including baseline, current values, and target values.
π Example:
Target: Reduce absenteeism due to stress by 15% by 2026
βLinked Action: Introduce flexible working hours and mental health support programs
