New Dashboard for Sent Surveys

We’ve introduced a completely new Dashboard that gives users a clear and actionable overview of all surveys sent from their account.

• View survey progress, status, and results at a glance
• Filter by Year and Survey Type (multi-select)
• Visual insights including:
  • Total surveys sent
  • In-progress, submitted, and accepted surveys
  • Average objective and subjective scores
  • Highest and lowest scorers
  • An interactive Map View showing recipient locations

Improved Due Date Logic

The Due Date is now clearly defined as a recommended deadline, not a strict cutoff.

• Surveys remain open even after the Due Date passes
• Encourages timely responses while remaining flexible

List View Updates

Unified Survey Listing

• The old batch structure has been removed
• All sent surveys are now shown in a single list for better visibility, comparison, and navigation
• Enables easier access to bulk actions like Accept, Delete, and Export

Enhanced Filters

• Filter surveys by Year, Type, and Status
• Filters from the Dashboard automatically carry over to the List View
• Status definitions now clearly indicate recipient progress:
  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • Submitted
  • Changes Requested
  • Accepted

List View Features

• Toggle and drag columns for a personalized view
• Improved consistency between Sent and Received list views
• Reminder system:
  • Up to 3 reminders per survey
  • Minimum 24-hour delay between reminders

Received Surveys Enhancements

• Updated Received Surveys List View to align with the design and functionality of the Sent Surveys
• Allows filtering by Year, Type, and Status
• Bulk actions available: Accept, Delete, Export
• Status tracking clearly defined to guide recipients through the process

Performance & Usability Improvements

• Streamlined navigation across all survey views
• Improved data clarity and layout responsiveness
• More consistent user experience across Sent and Received sections
